The General Service series of square rigid plastics IBCs are specifically designed for the semi bulk storage, transportation and dispensing of liquids classified as Dangerous Goods.The square design of the General Service IBC optimises space requirements for both transportation and warehousing.The General Service IBC is bottom discharge designed to dispense product via gravity or be aided by a pump set for rapid decanting.Robust DesignThe General Service IBC is constructed from rotomoulded UV stabilised polyethylene. The outer heavy duty steel frame is fitted with mesh protection; all steel components are hot dipped galvanised. The mesh is welded on the inside of the frame to minimise damage and weld breakageAreas subject to wear and tear are reinforced with guard plates.SafetyThe IBC is designed to be moved with a forklift and incorporate a four way fork entry.The frame incorporates four reinforced lifting points tested at twice the total mass. Lifting lugs are available as an option.Galvanised panels are fitted on all sides to allow fitting of 400 x 300 mm EIP stickers. StorageThe footprint of the IBC is based on a standard pallet size for ease of transport and storage.
